White Sauce
Ingredients- 25 g stick margarine
- 25 g all-purpose flour
- 10 g butter
- 6 g salt
- 355 ml boiling water
- 235 ml fat-free milk
- pepper to taste
MethodIn a saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in flour, butter until blended. Gradually add water and milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Season with pepper.
