Ingredients

125g: Unsalted butter.
300g: Dark choco slab.
2tbs: Golden syrup.
200g: Rich tea biscuits.
100g: Mini marshmallows.
2tbs: Icing sugar to dust.


 Method

Crush the biscuits to a small size
Cut the marshmallows into half
On a double boiler melt da choco slab & unsalted butter add 3 spoons of golden syrup.
Add all the wet ingredients into the biscuits and marshmallows mix well and put into a tray and let it cool in the fridge for 3hrs
Then cut the rocky road into cubes sprinkle icing sugar and serve with ice cream
.
