Ingredients

200g: Dark chocolate
150g: Fresh cream
40g: Salted butter



Method

*In a bowl (on the gas) melt dark choco and fresh cream bring a simmer let it cool down in room temp.
*Again on the gas simmer it and add the butter make sure the butter melts cool down again in room temp and keep in fridge for 2hrs. Use it after that in a cake or any were you like.
